ECSglobal is the fulfilment of a vision held by the company directors around the creation of a specialised consultancy team in the rapidly developing field of telecoms

We have taken this vision and developed a professional services company that embraces the advancement and innovation of technologies within the Unified Comms arena to the benefit of our client, staff and business partners

ECSglobal provides a professional service to our client’s and we pride ourselves in the ability to provide the best consultants and most talented group of individuals as the key element of our packages

Our professionals are highly skilled, experienced, qualified (many of the network team for example achieving Cisco\'s highest level Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert status) and are extremely motivated in the delivery of a consistent quality of service over and above our client expectations

Although our skills are predominantly Cisco orientated, we have the ability to call upon other vendor knowledge and skills to fulfil a seamless service and deliverables regardless of the technology and homogeneous or heterogeneous design of the infrastructures prevalent within our client\'s estate

Eddie Young

Chairman

Eddie has over 25 years sales and management experience, largely in IT within major multinationals including IBM with whom he achieved considerable business and IT success. He left in 1990 to establish ACS(UK) Ltd as an IT Consultancy within the Enterprise business space and in over 16 years grew the company steadily and profitably to become one of the largest independent Microsoft Consultancy Partners in the UK and Europe with offices in Scotland, London and Paris. In 2006 DELL acquired ACS to form a significant part of their European Consultancy and Services Practice. As part of this transformation Eddie worked closely with DELL Senior Management for 18 months to successfully integrate the businesses and take the solution offerings to a much larger geography. With his experience and business knowledge of the IT market Eddie and the comprehensive management team at ECS Global are confident that they can replicate the quality and success offered by their respective backgrounds in the industry.
Eddie has an Honours degree in Economics from Aberdeen University and achieved a Masters at the University of Natal (SA).

Dan McDonagh

Managing Director

Dan is ECSglobal’s Managing Director with 30+ years ICT experience across financial, manufacturing and all other industry sectors both UK and mainland Europe. Skills and experience ranging from service and system integration to network infrastructure design and implementation, coupled with strong account management, project, service and personnel management skills. He has worked within major system integrator companies and as service delivery manager for large financial and manufacturing companies

Gary Enderby

Services Director, Unified Communications

Gary currently has 20 years networking experience, and is a qualified Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert. He started his career with the Royal Bank of Scotland moving onto working with other consultancy and professional services companies, delivering a wide range of networking solutions, before joining the Management team at ECSglobal.

Damian Dwyer

Services Director, End User Computing

Damian has over 12 years IT consulting experience. He started his career with ACS and has worked extensively within the Financial Sector. He was responsible for the creation and further development of the ACS offshore Packaging facility in India, and delivery of a function ahead of its time, and now considered the de facto industry standard. This facility was key in the decision by Dell to purchase ACS. Damian worked successfully for Dell in a number of senior management roles within Infrastructure Consulting, developing and influencing the direction of the Desktop Consultancy offered by Dell before joining the Management team at ECSglobal. Damian has an Honours Degree in Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.

Jon Boyle

Jon has over 20 years experience in IT and IT services sales, a clear advantage is that Jon has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry, giving him a well rounded understanding of customer needs. Jon has a simple philosophy, deliver a solution that meets the customer needs, at a reasonable cost, with this attitude Jon invariably finds himself rated as a valuable partner within his customers.
